  1. Take semolina in a bowl and add 1 cup of curd to it then mix it well. Add 1 table spoon salt,1 chopped green chillies and 1/4 table spoon hing.Mix all the ingredients well.Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes to set. After 15 mins batter will be ready to make bhalle. Now add less then half table spoon baking soda in it and mix well..
  2. For making papdi:Mix 1cup suji with half cup of maida. Add half table spoon salt in it.use water as your need.prepare a dough. Roll slightly thick as of poori.using a glass cut small round puri.prick the papdi with a fork to prevent from puffing up. Fry the papdi in medium hot oil. Fry on low to medium flame till they turn crispy and golden in colour. Drain of the papdi over tissue paper to absorb excess oil..
  3. Put kadie on flame to heat oil put the gas to medium flame and gently slide the bhalle into oil. Turn the bhalla when it has turned golden brown from one side and fry till they become golden brown on both sides..
