  1. It's of besan/gram flour.
  2. Prepare of garlic paste.
  3. You need of ginger paste.
  4. You need of green chillies paste.
  5. It's of red chilli powder.
  6. It's of cut tomatoes.
  7. It's of cut onion.
  8. Prepare of dhania(corinader) powder.

Besan ke chille ki sabzi instructions

  1. First we will prepare batter for chilla.
  2. Take besan in a bowl put 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp haldi,1tsp green chilli paste,salt to taste and 1 cup water mix it well to make a smooth batter.
  3. Now take a tawa and heat it on medium flame.
  4. Now spread oil on tawa.
  5. Pour the batter on tawa with help of bowl and spread it all over the tawa.
  6. Now with the help of spatula roll the chilla and take out of the tawa.
  7. Like this make all chillas acc. to the batter.
  8. Now take a kadai put oil and heat.
  9. When oil heats put cumin and methi seeds.
  10. Now put onion when onion becomes brown add tomatoes.
  11. When tomatoes become soft add left ginger,garlic and green chillies paste.
  12. Mix it well,now put dhania,haldi,red chilli power and mix.
  13. When masala becomes brown then add 2 cups water and stir it well.
  14. Now cut the chillas,when the water in the kadai boils then add chillas into the kadai add garam masala and salt to taste.
  15. Cover the kadai and let it cook for 5 minutes..
  16. Besan ke chilla ki sabzi is ready to serve.
