- In a mixing bowl, take semolina and rice flour.
- To it add 1 tsp curd.

- Add sliced onion and mix for 2 minutes till onion becomes light brown. Once onion become soft add turmeric powder, chilli powder and dry mango powder. Mix well on low flame for 1 minute.
- Add boiled potatoes and salt as per taste. Mix well on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add Garam Masala and Coriander leaves.
- Masala is ready for stuffing.
- Heat non stick tawa. Mix the batter well and once the tawa is hot pour the batter on tawa. Keep the flame medium high for 1 minute. Spread 1 tsp of oil uniformly.
