Matar Paneer Thali step by step

  1. For Matar Paneer - Heat oil in a kadhai, add diced onions, whole garlic cloves, roughly chopped Ginger and diced tomato cubes. In a pressure cooker heat oil add bay leaves and cumin seeds let it crackle, add chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies, saute well till onions are golden brown, now add chopped tomatoes, saute till tomatoes are soft and mushy, add all masalas - Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, saute well add washed Akkha Masoor dal and water, add salt, mix well. Cover the pressure cooker lid and take 4 whistles. Add Coriander leaves and one tsp Ghee..
