- Soak cashewnuts pieces in warm water for 1/2 hour,then grind it in mixer to smooth paste. Keep aside. In kadhai add melt butter,add cumin seeds as they splutter add garlic and green chillies paste,mix and saute.Now add both tomato purees,mix and cook for 3-4 mins..
- Add red chilli powder,salt, sugar and cashewnuts paste,mix and cook for 2 mins..
- Now add & mix crushed paneer in tomato gravy. Add & mix garam masala,tomato sauce and fresh cream,cook for 5 mins..
- Now add & mix crushed (with hands) kasturi methi,off the flame..
