  1. Wash and rinse well all vegetables well and chop it to a medium sized. Crush green chilli, ginger and garlic together and keep aside..
  2. Take a kadhai, add oil,heat well, add mustard seeds,as it splutters add hing,crushed green chilli, ginger and garlic paste,.
