- You need of bhagar (samo).
- You need of oil.
- You need of ginger paste.
- Prepare of finely chopped ,chillies.
- You need of jeera.
- It's of curd.
- It's of Upvas salt.
- You need of chopped tomato.
- It's of hot water.

- In a pan, heat oil, add ginger, chilli and jeera and saute..

- Add hot water to it.
- Let it cook till the water is soaked. Now add tomates.
