Kaju paneer. Dhaba Style Kaju Paneer Masala is a rich, creamy, and finger-licking recipe. This is not a spicy gravy. This can be accompanied by Indian bread like naan, roti, kulcha, etc.
Once the ingredients are pressure cooked, they are pureed, and then the rest of the ingredients (paneer, Kaju, spices, and cream) are added to the dish. Yesterday, I prepared Kaju Paneer with rotis. I was going to prepare Kadai Paneer but decided against it since I had already blogged the recipe earlier. You can have Kaju paneer using 13 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Kaju paneer
- You need of paneer cut into cubes and soak ed into warm milk.
- It's of kaju dry roasted.
- You need of kishmish.
- Prepare of poppy seeds dry roasted.
- You need of tomato pureed.
- Prepare of " ginger paste.
- You need of garam masala powder.
- You need of red chilli Powder.
- Prepare of green chillies chopped.
- You need of turmeric powder.
- It's of whole garam masala.
- It's of salt and sugar.
- It's of oil and ghee.
For my readers sake and to cater to requests for party paneer dishes, here is a delicious creamy curry that is sure to be a hit. Grind into a paste (add water, if needed). Add onions and fry till slightly brown. Add tomato puree & ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
Kaju paneer step by step
- At first make a smooth paste of kaju kishmish poppy seeds green chillies ginger and tomato.
- Heat oil and temper whole garam masala.
- Add the masala paste and saute well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder and mix well.
- As it starts releasing oil add the paneer and mix.
- Pour the milk and boil it.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Garnish it with ghee and garam masala powder.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry. Heat the oil in a wok on high heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamoms, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks. After few seconds in oil, the spices will release the fragrance. At this point, remove the bay leave, cinnamon stick, cardamoms and cloves.
