- You need of paneer.

Next stir in cheese and tomato pulp. Fill each tomato shell and then wrap each tomato individually in foil. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.
Stuffed Tomato step by step
- Cut tomatoes into half.
- Scoop ths tomatoes and keep the pulp in the mixer jar to be grinded with onions.
- Mix paneer with nuts and spices.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry upside down on high heat only for few minutes..take it out and cool.
- Stuff with paneer filling and keep the leftover paneer mixer to be added in gravy with tomatoez.
- In leftover oil add onion and pulp paste.Add ginger garlic paste and all powdered spices... cook on low heat.
- Add tomato puree,sugar,dahi and cook till the mixture leaves oil..now add tomato sauce abd cook for few minutes.
- Add 1 cup waTer and drop tomatoes in the gravy and cook till it is soft.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and grated paneer on top and serve with besan roti and garlic chutney.
- You can also bake the dish.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, celery salt, dill and pepper. Slice the top part of tomato to make an opening. Spoon the center of each tomato, remove seeds. Slightly brush the outer sides of tomatoes with olive oil. Add thin slices of cheese around the insides of tomatoes and fill each one with cooked sausage.
