- In a mixture griender add all griending things along with soaked Dal..
- Griended it smooth..
- Now take it out from the pot in a bowl.add cornflor mix it..
- Make the filling mixture for koftas.take a bowl add paneer,Green chilli,hung curd,salt,saunf,mix it well..
- Heat the oil,take griended mixture 1 Tsp,make long or roundl shape, flat it,fill the paneer stuffing in it,.
- Fry it in the medium flame till golden.then take it out..
- In other pan add 2 Tbsp oil,let it hot..
- Add çumin seeds cracle it,.
- Add onion,ginger, garlic Roast it light brown..
- Now add all spices, sprinkle little water,add tomato puere cook it 2 miniutes..
- Now add kaju,& onion paste, stir it..
- Add 1 Tsp curd,stir it continues ly..
- Now add 1 cup water,let it boil..
- Add all fried koftas let it boil 1 miniute..
- Take it out from the serving bowl, Garnish it with cream..
- Now Dal kofta is ready to serve..
