- Prepare 1/4 cup of jaggery or 1 cup sugar.

- Prepare 1/2 tsp of dry mint powder.

- Or you can store the cooked pulp and whenever you need to add 2 tsp of pulp in the glass pour chilled water strain it serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves..
- You can adjust salt accordingly this pulp or water you can use with gole guppe or puchka too..
Blend the mango pulp, sugar and cumin powder to smooth paste. Blend mint leaves adding little water to smooth paste. Filter the water and mix with mango paste. Add water and black salt to the juice.
